Shawn and Mariano were courteous, friendly, prompt, and very professional. They know their stuff. I was contacted by Shawn on Monday morning and by Wednesday, I had a new entrainment system completely installed. I am very satisfied with the work HD did. Install or Replace a Home Theater System or Media CenterBrent & his assistant were courteous & friendly. They did their work efficiently & clearly knew how to go about arranging my setup. They listened to my suggestions & didn't shut me out in an annoying "I'm an Expert & you are a dumb customer" way. They were also fine with using my existing wires & materials instead of hawking additional equipment on me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know who is looking to have similar work done.

Great service. Sean was able to come out to install my tv within the hour - on a Sunday. Had everything with him. Much cheaper and much more professional than Geek Squad/Best Buy (who never responded to me after several calls). The whole thing was done very quickly and very cleanly. He also helped hook up all the cable box, Wii, and even setup my TV for me -- naming all the inputs so I know which is which. He also recommended that I call my cable company to get a different cable box for better signal quality - which I did. I had 2 Flat Screen TV's mounted to the wall. They added RFI sensors so I would not have to have a Cable Box exposed. ( Time Warner boxes have to be visible to work). I mentioned a problem I had with a Bed that the movers had broke. The screws were snapped off into the support beams. These guys looked at the problem and offered a solution and fixed the bed and actually installed the bed. Mr. Gallegos was prompt, efficient and highly professional. He diagnosed our problem, carefully explained how he planned to make corrections and repairs, gave us a proposal, answered all of our questions patiently and we agreed upon the work. He returned at the appointed time, worked diligently and upon completion explained what he had accomplished and went over all the revised operation with us. He further assured us he would be able to immediately respond to any further issues we had or to further understand the details .
